JSD's Operations and Management professionals lead client relationships, people, performance and service delivery across individual accounts or multiple facilities. These positions bring together facility-services expertise, workforce leadership, financial discipline and customer service. Managers support onsite teams with the resources, direction and problem-solving needed to deliver dependable results and continuously improve the client experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead contract execution, account performance, staffing strategies, service schedules and operational priorities.
- Develop productive client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for performance, service and operational matters.
- Use inspections, KPIs, staffing data, service trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead supervisors and site teams while supporting training, employee development, accountability and career growth.
- Coordinate workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, equipment deployment, supply planning and account transitions or start-ups.
- Manage labor utilization, overtime, budgets and controllable operating costs while maintaining service quality.
- Support compliance with JSD policies, safety programs, contract requirements and client-specific procedures.
- Develop corrective actions and continuous-improvement initiatives that strengthen quality, productivity, safety and customer satisfaction.
